Logicom product and sales teams offer a full range of pre and after sales support to channel partners, expertly managing our vendors’ deliverables, timelines, configurations and more, thus making the delivery process highly efficient, with minimal risk for both vendors and channel partners. Logicom Pre-Sales Engineers offer technical advisory services from Proof of Concept, Heat Mapping, Testing, Staging, Implementation and additional integration services based on vendor’s expectations. We also provide on premise engineers who offer continuous support to end customers based on vendors’ requirements to fulfill service needs. Logicom also conducts partner trainings on behalf of vendors on new technology, product introduction and process, operating as the extended business development team of our vendors.
