Logicom’s product and sales teams offer a full range of pre-and post-sales support to channel partners, expertly managing our vendors’ deliverables, timelines, configurations, and more. This ensures a highly efficient delivery process with minimal risk for both vendors and channel partners. Our Pre-Sales Engineers provide technical advisory services, including Proof of Concept, Heat Mapping, Testing, Staging, Implementation, and additional integration services based on vendor expectations. We also provide on-site engineers who offer continuous support to end-customers, fulfilling service needs as required by vendors. Additionally, Logicom conducts partner trainings on behalf of vendors, covering new technologies, product introductions, and processes, effectively operating as the extended business development team for our vendors.
